Bayou Bluff Tennis Club Private Party Areas
The club will accept reservations for private parties provided the requested time does not conflict with regular club activities or functions.
The maximum number or people allowed at each party is 250. A Bayou Bluff member must sponsor any request for a private party. That member will be liable for all damages to the club property.
The host for parties held in the pavilion may provide non-alcoholic drinks. Due to the club being an ABC licensed facility, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the club. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Private functions, the cost of which is expected to exceed $1,000, will require a deposit of half the expected cost when the reservation is made.
